Brandon and his team walked through our house and gave us tips on how to stage the house to get top value and let us know what things we needed to fix and what we could leave alone. It was so helpful to have someone who can guide you through that process because in my mind, EVERYTHING needed to be fixed. But their knowledge helped us tend to the important items that were needed to get the most money for our property. The day before listing, Vanessa came and beautifully finished up staging our home.Our buyer's representative was a hot mess, but Brandon did an amazing job communicating on our behalf, and was even able to get us a last minute rent back for one month when we realized the property we were purchasing was going to be available much sooner and didn't want to have to move twice. Probably one of biggest things I am so grateful to Brandon for is the fact that he was able to work with an investment company who purchased my mom's home. We would not have made as much as we did if it had not been for Brandon's team and that investment company.
Buying Experience:
When I started to have anxiety about the perfect house not being out there for us, Brandon eased my worries by taking us to view potential homes even before our house was listed. When we decided to go with a new construction, he went in with us to view the home and got us on the priority list for the next lot release.
All in all, buying and selling is an extremely stressful process and you really need to find a realtor that you can trust and that can clearly understand what your goals are. I highly recommend the Brandon Leon Team...you will not be disappointed with the results because they are a very driven team with good values and a strong work ethic.

4/29/2021My wife and I made the decision to sell our home in Roseville and move our family across the country to North Carolina. We had no idea how we'd be... read more able to prepare the home, list it, and sell it as quickly as we needed to move. In addition, we were a little nervous that we wouldn't come out of this with all that much profit. That's where Brandon and Vanessa (his wife) come in. We shared our needs with Brandon and literally within hours, Brandon and his wife were at our home giving us ideas on how we could prepare the home for sale. 24 hours later (or maybe less) Brandon and Vanessa had prepared a digital checklist for us to complete, what he planned to list the home for, and when he'd recommend listing the home.
It took us a couple of weeks to complete the list, but we did it. Brandon checked in on us several times over that time span with encouragement and even coffee one morning. 🙂
Just as soon as we had completed the work, Brandon took over. We could not believe how prepared and thorough Brandon was. He listed the home on a Thursday, had an open house on Saturday (with 56 potential buyers walking through) and by Sunday evening we were looking at seven great offers. We were (and still are) floored. By Tuesday morning (that's right, six days later) we accepted an offer and the escrow time clock began.
We felt so comfortable with Brandon at the helm, we did not delay our move to North Carolina but took off. We never had to call, email, or text Brandon with questions about how things were going, we received reports from Brandon almost daily that all was going according to plan. When we thought we hit a snag with the work that the buyers had asked to be done on the house, Brandon simply said, "I'll handle it" and had a contractor on the property completing the work. We literally didn't lift a finger to coordinate, Brandon rocked it all.
